The playground equipment at Summerfest is dangerous to ourkids. Paint is peeling, structures are cracked, and our kids are in danger. The Summerfest admission tickets state that by entering the grounds, you accept liability for any injury, but when a lack of maintenance puts our kids at risk, we need to demand better.
