I, Charles Bogues was duped into pleading guilty to the Murder of Louis D. Brown in 1997 and I have been advocating for my wrongful conviction to be overturned by the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office of Boston Massachusetts for 25 years now.

There was ample evidence of my innocence in this crime before I had pled guilty, however, at that time there were people in power who were more interested in getting a conviction in a high profile case than actually finding out who really committed this crime. I have laid out in my one hour documentary "I Didn't kill Louis Brown" which is available for all to view on YouTube, all the evidence that I have gathered that clearly shows that I didn't kill Louis Brown and that is why I titled the documentary as such.

After spending 17 1/2 years in prison for a crime that I didn't commit, before being released back into society on a lifetime parole, only to have the realization of the added burden of being limited for the rest of my life, until death, under parole supervision is an additional hindrance to true freedom, justice and equity of the criminal justice system in Massachusetts and the United States. 

It's my hope that you will help me to be heard by the Suffolk County District Attorney here in Boston Massachusetts and get him to grant my request to be released from lifetime parole, by viewing the documentary and signing this petition of support of me and my efforts. Thank you and God bless
