It starts out we the people. Our constitution protects life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness in the preamble, 4th amendment and HIPPA. I propose we sue Justice Brett Cavanaugh, Justice Samuel Alito , Justice Amy Coney Barret, Justice Clarence Thomas and Justice John Robberts. For infringement of unalienable rights of women to pursue happiness and infringement of the 4th amendment.  

Searching a women's body for signs of forced miscarriage is unlawful. It invades her body and forces trauma in search of evidence that doesn't exist. There is no difference between a women's body rejecting a pregnancy and abortion. Even if there was evidence in the case to suggest she attempted to plan it. But had a miscarriage regardless, with out the use of abortions. There is no way of proving she purposefully aborted it. No way to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that heabus corpus and all evidence was shown. 

This opinion leak caused women emotional damage. Anxiety over their physical health is  infringing on their right to pursue happiness. Pregnancy would become an anxiety inducing event that. Even woman who want to pursue it in order to be happy, would avoid it due to their right infringements and health risks. Infringing on their pursuit of happiness.

Additionally, currently states that protect abortion may change their minds down the road and then the mother cannot get medical care for this any where putting 2 lives at risk. Threatening the life of women. 

Women cannot pursue liberty if they are fearful for their lives to be revoked at all turns. Making liberty infringed upon.

All three unalienable rights will be alienated by this scotus decision. We have the right to sue anyone who infringes on our rights. There fore I propose we sue on theses premises.
