Australia was recently ranked a meagre 39th out of 41 countries for quality education being measured on baseline standards in reading, maths and science (https://www.smh.com.au/education/un-agency-ranks-australia-39-out-of-41-countries-for-quality-education-20170615-gwrt9u.html Many parents would be of the belief that such a disappointing result would demand more focus on these areas rather than introducing new subjects to deal with like 'human sexual identity.'

The article at the link states that a million dollars in taxpayers money (many of them probably parents) is about to be spent on introducing an educational program instructing teachers in Western Australia to teach their students about 'gender inequality.' Many parents may like to know exactly in detail what such teachings would involve before their money is spent as they are clearly not related to reading, maths and science. In a democratic country, it is a basic right for a parent who is not neglecting, nor physically or sexually abusing their child to be able to raise their child. This is not the right of the government especially when the government is using taxpayers money to do so.
