Thousands of people globally have not received their suitcases in critical times, ruining their holidays and important occasions such as weddings. The only thing anyone is hearing from Air France is “do not contact customer service”, they are ignoring their customers claims hoping that we forget about it and put this behind us, people have been waiting for up to 14 days with no reply from the airline. This treatment is unfair, unconstitutional, border line illegal, Air France is a government run entity, there is little power the people have over them, but if we unite we can have a voice loud enough to hurt them.
