Attention: H.E. Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sudan

 

Subject: For embassies to serve Sudanese people rather than conspire against them

 

We would like to start with conveying our condolences, appreciation and respect to the souls of the martyrs of the splendid revolution of December, and raise our hands with supplication for the cure of the injured and return of the lost youth

For the last three decades, the extinct regime has abused embassies in a bad faith as a means of committing its gross flagrant brutal crimes against Sudanese people and against other countries as well.

To prepare them to serve the aforementioned despicable objective, these embassies were set up and provided with the personnel who could do this kind of work. This rendered reforming these embassies a persisting and essential necessity and top priority of our revolution, so they can work for serving Sudanese people and their revolution, and also stop conspiring against other countries.

Since the formation of the ministers’ cabinet and your appointment as a minister of foreign affairs, nothing has changed in terms of the diplomatic personnel and the ways of doing things in these embassies for their harm to be stopped against the Sudanese in the diaspora and in the Sudan, leave alone serving the interest of the Sudanese people who flared up the revolution. This is an obvious serious negligence and slackness that threaten our great revolution.

We all know the tremendous role of the Sudanese in the diaspora in supporting the revolution and overthrowing the extinct regime. We also know their role in fighting the former regime supporters and propagandists, being ambassadors and/or staff.

We kept on persistently demanding on your Ministry to remove the representatives of the former regime from our embassies, especially our embassy in Canada. In spite of this demand, your Ministry did not put forth any efforts to change this miserable reality. 

It is lamentable and quite obvious that since the victory of our revolution, nothing has changed in our embassies. They are still full of the diplomatic ambassadors and staff who belong to the extinct regime, as if the Sudanese people do not have the will and the revolutionary rightfulness to change this frustrating reality. It is not acceptable for us to be represented by those who are devoid of skill and professionalism. Those who do not spare any effort to abort and support our revolution.

Therefore, we call on the Minister of Foreign Affairs and our revolutionary government to fulfil our legitimate abovementioned demands, so we can have diplomatic representation that comes up to the level of our great splendid revolution and follows its noble principles and objectives.

الموضوع: من أجل سفارات تخدم الشعب ولا تتآمر ضده

 

في البدء نزجي التحيه والاحترام لشهداء ثورة ديسمبر العظيمه

ونرفع أكف الدعاء الصادقه للجرحى بالشفاء وللمفقودين بالاياب

 

كانت السفارات والممثليات السودانية – وعلى مدى ثلاثين عاما - من أهم أدوات النظام البائد لإرتكاب جرائمه ضد الشعب السودانى العظيم وضد الدول الأخرى، وقد تم تشكيل هذه السفارات وتهيئتها من حيث الكادر وأساليب العمل لتخدم هذا الهدف الدنيء، وهذا يجعل إصلاح هذه السفارات من كل النواحي واجبا مقدسا وأولوية من أولويات الثورة‘ وذلك لتوظيفها لخدمة الشعب السوداني ولوقف استخدامها بواسطة بقايا النظام المباد للتآمر على الشعب السوداني وثورته وعلى الدول الأخرى. 

مرت شهور عديدة منذ تشكيل حكومة الثورة وتكليفكم بأعباء وزارة الخارجية دون أن نلمس أي تغيير في كوادر السفارات وأساليب عملها بما يضمن - على الأقل - كف أذاها عن السودانيين بالخارج والداخل‘ دع عنك خدمتها للشعب الذي فجر الثورة‘ وهذا تقصير واضح للعيان ومصدر خطر على ثورة الشعب السوداني العظيم. 

 

كلنا يعلم الدور الكبير الذي لعبه للسودانيون بالخارج فى اسقاط النظام البائد واسكات أصوات منسوبيه وأبواقه من السفراء وأطقم السفارات.

 

لقد صبرنا حتى كلّ  الصبر منا وفاض بنا‘ وبحت اصواتنا من المطالبة بتغيير ممثلى النظام الساقط

فى سفاراتنا بكل دول العالم - وخصوصا سفارتنا بكندا - دون أن نلمس أدنى محاولة من قبل وزارتكم لتغيير هذا الواقع المزري.

 

إنه لمن دواعي الأسف أن تظل سفاراتنا مكتظه بمنسوبي النظام المباد من سفراء وموظفين على سابق وضعها وكأن الشعب السوداني لا يملك الإرادة ولا الشرعية الثورية والقانونية لتغيير هذا الواقع المتردي. إننا لا نقبل باستمرار تمثيلنا بواسطة مجموعه تعمل على اجهاض الثور وزعزعة الامن والامان وتفتقر للكفاءه والمهنيه.

 

إننا نرفع صوتنا عاليا علو هامة شعبنا مطالبين بالاصغاء لمطالبنا مناشدين وزارة الخارجيه وحكومة الثوره بالتنفيذ الفورى لها ليكون لنا تمثيل دبلوماسى يرتقي إلى عظمة ثورتنا ويهتد بمبادئها وأهدافها النبيلة المشروعة.

 

المجد والخلود لشهداء ثورة ديسمبر المجيدة‘ وعاجل الشفاء للجرحى‘ وعودا حميدا ميمونا المفقودين  

 

والنصر للشعب السودانى العظيم
