To Subway - Please consider new ways to prevent cross contamination.

Currently staff at Subway outlets wear gloves and will change them if requested by vegetarian and vegan customers as a measure to prevent cross contamination.
The fact is that cross contamination can still occur as staff handle meat or dairy wearing a pair of gloves which then come into contact with bread and salad before being changed.
I would like to ask Subway to investigate other methods of preventing cross contamination including dairy.
Simple additions such as tongs for cheese and a pair of larger outer gloves to be worn temporarily, situated by the meat might solve this problem, but there are likely many things to consider and I would be grateful for Subways attention in this matter.
