We are the owner of Palace Vacation Club -PVC timeshares member. We seek an excellent services from the organisation towards the end of our membership holder.

We hope that, the management can ensure us:

  • Excellent and easy bookings procedure.
  • Please do the auto reply copy sheet of booking form to our email. So we do know that our booking is in process.
  • Each time your staff email us, please ensure that they cc / or copy the email to the Customer Service Department at your side because most of the time our email is unattended or the problems did not solve because of the staff resigning without any notice.
  • Please... please ensure that you can provide EXCELLENT rooms/apartment/ammenities. We paid you MONEY UP FRONT which can lead you to make an investment from now. We do join this timeshare programme because of we believe that we can get  good RETURN on INVESTMENT for what we had paid and as what the salesperson make us to believe.
  • Please UPGRADE the room/apartment/villa and even your services from time to time. The money we paid can lead your company to make more profits but we do hope that the nights that we invested can profit us too.
  • Please offer us more REALISTIC venue that everybody can enjoy to stay or utilized the membership benefits. For example, offering swimming pool at Sungai Petani Golf Club which is very far for members to utilized it? Is this your BEST investment? Please do your homework and take a survey to ensure member's satisfaction.
  • The maintainance fee keep increasing every year WITHOUT FAIL. (Actually we are told by the salesperson that it is depend to the management decision. Ooohhh... it easy to the management to ask us our money to pay on behalf of your maintenance fees?). But actually, if you are a great company, you should took the profit from our up-front investment to cover the maintainance fees yearly.
  • We are not happy you imposed the parking rate at Palace of The Golden Horses because we are not parking for our personal matter (working etc) but we are utilizing our benefits as members.
  • It goes the same for the towel too. 
  • We do sign this petition because we seek for good services from your company.

We believe, the parties to a contract will deal with each other honestly, fairly, and in good faith, so as to not destroy the right of the other party or parties to receive the benefits of the contract.

We hope you can discuss this matter in the Annual General Meeting.
