School is supposed to be a welcoming environment for learning and growing. Lately many students at my school have been called many slurs and are being treated terribly because of sexuality or identity. As part of the LGBTQ+ community myself, seeing other peers being hurt and afraid to attend school because of this is a major problem. Not only does this problem appear at Mt. Lebanon High School, but it happens at many others. This behavior needs to change as soon as possible and you can help by signing this petition. Help raise awareness for those in the LGBTQ+ community that struggle or know those who are struggling in school with this.  Change starts here, we will rise together.
