I am wanting to solve the problem that if hats can not be worn as they are considered “distracting” then why don’t we ban something that is. So I say we ban dog collars because they are way worse than hats and they are just a pointless item to wear. They serve no purpose unlike hats where they can represent something that you like but schools don’t like them even though they tell you to express yourself. Now I’m not completely saying unban hats but if we are going to ban a distracting clothing item ban dog collars.
