Flex time is a 30 minute time if the day that gives students the ability to have a brain break. School is VERY stressful for many and flex time is the only time to relieve that stress. The work and environment of school is very anxiety inducing and they put that all on students from ages 11-14 and that is crazy. Kinds are not able to be kids and are forced to grow up way to fast
