The petition is for not taking the marks of 3rd year internal assessment as it can not be the parameter for judging the capabilities of each and every student out there studding in Calcutta University . The term paper is the type of research paper which is done throughout the session and every student can show their efforts in that paper (TERM PAPER) , this should be considered for taking of marks in the last year (1+1+1) .
