Extra Judicial Killing(EJK) is one of the major problems that the Philippine encounter in the past few years. Killing is done by the government authorities  without undergoing any of the judicial proceeding. This killings was seen to be immoral for the Filipinos.

It was first done when President Rodrigo Duterte sat on his place when he advocate to fight for illegal drugs also known as "TOKHANG". Where the police will knock on someone's house and talk to coordinate with them to fight for using illegal drugs. It has a great impact for the life of the Filipinos, because they think that their life is in danger and no one can hide from the government.

Albayalde admitted during the briefing that there are indeed cops who have gone rogue and killed drug suspects, but he emphasized that these killings are only few and not government-ordered and sanctioned.

According to the survey of Rappler, as of August 31, 2018 there was 4,854 drug suspects who have allegedly fought back and got killed in a police operation. The Commission on Human Rights (CHR) that killing innocent people greatly affect the life of everyone.

Among the hardest hit by “tokhang” and antidrug killings in the Metro. Killings started immediately after President Duterte assumed power, they recalled, and while authorities should have gone after the “masterminds” behind the drug trade first, instead, “the poor, the ignorant, those without power have become the victims,” said one participant.

The possibility that Kian’s killers attempted to sabotage the President Duterte’s war on drugs, citing footage of a closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera that was installed at the crime scene showing the police officers accosting the victim as if they were trying to make a “scene” or trying to fought the police officer and run for them so they will not be penalized, but Kian delos Santos was killed by the police of Caloocan.

The abuse of power and impunity directed at them. For instance, they said, families of EJK victims are charged exorbitant fees by morgues and funeral houses, many of them linked to police, with the amounts ranging from P50,000 to P75,000.Though they all want the courts or Congress to investigate the conduct of the antidrug operations and the effects on the survivor families, many of the community women are fearful.

The women are also unhappy with the government response to their plight

Thus, everyone of us must take actions and fight the EJK related issues. So no innocent people will be involve in the killings and our government should uphold that every people will need to have a second chance. Because we don't know that they have their own families who need their support.

This advocacy was also made to maintain and promote that we have freedom of speech and fight to for our rights and will not be violated by our own government. Because the government should take action to protect us not to kill us. So, as an advocate I encourage everyone to join me to fight this EJK issues.
