We need to unenforce the rules about dress code. We are not objects, we are not distracting. We should not be dress coded for wearing shorts and shirts that show our shoulders when it is 80 plus degrees outside! A girls chest is not a sex organ, a girl with a bigger chest should not be treated any differently than a girl with a smaller chest. All rules are aimed towards women’s clothing. i’ve seen boys in tank tops or cut offs with no words mentioned. The obligation that is specifically aimed at the men is no inappropriate words or imagery on clothing. These are our bodies we should be allowed to dress as we please. our comfort should come first, not to suit the male gaze. it’s time to make a change, these rules are outdated and need altercation.
