Basically, I think it would be cool if the lights stayed off to get everyone in the spooky mood. I love Halloween & have been asking for this to happen since 2019. If possible, the backup lights should remain on so that you can still see enough to get around. Everytime I walk down the hall during a power outage, it feels very spooky & I like it a lot. Perhaps this could be a new tradition.
