The 2020-2021 school year has been a nervous wreck for most students, with a majority learning remotely for at least 50% of the year. Students struggle to learn from online work, even if the course is taught in a hybrid manner. COVID-19 has taken a toll on everyone, but especially AP students, as we have the stressful reality that we cannot learn online, and we all have to pass a 3.5 hour exam for each of our AP classes. Not only is that a ridiculous amount of screen time, but how do we study if we have barely learned anything for this entire school year? How do we answer at least 60 multiple-choice questions and then answer short responses, and for literature classes, write two essays? A majority of students will earn no more than a 3 on the exam, and CollegeBoard is dooming the Class of 2021 and 2022 to get no college credit from taking their AP courses, all because the CollegeBoard still gets profit either way.

By signing this petition, you're demanding that CollegeBoard changes this. A shortened exam is the answer, a one hour and a half exam maximum. A long exam is dooming students for no college credit and failure, despite us trying our best for the entire year. We've tried learning online, have you, CollegeBoard?
