Sub: Request for extension of the time limit of the 1st sem pg examination

Sir,
With due respect,we would like to request you to extend the time limit of our upcoming 1st semester examination so that we are able to answer the questions and submit the answers on time.

In view of the current situation,when the third wave of COVID-19 has hit us hard, several restrictions have been imposed to curb the pandemic.In such a situation,it is quite difficult for the students to cope up with such short time period of examination.Students are currently at their homes,situated in areas where availability of proper network connectivity issues is a big issue.Also,as the no.of COVID cases are increasing and we are slowly reaching towards the peak, certainty of students and their families getting affected in this pandemic cannot be disagreed.

Hope,the authority shall look up to our appeal and shall decide in accordance to the betterment of the students.
