The EPA is trying to track down environmental fugitives who smuggle chemicals into the U.S., import cars that do not meet the standards for emissions, and dump diesel-fuel-ruined-wheat into the South China Sea. But without help...the EPA cannot do that! Visit the roster of about 20 fugitives posted at the agency's website. Officials hope that the public will report sightings of any person on the list so they can be brought to justice.
