The kids want online school back. There has been an out break in the number of covid cases worldwide. Switching back to online even just for a little will help keep more students and staff safe. While we do wear masks at school, many kids don’t wear them right and do not social distance during lunch or mask breaks. Many students have been exposed or have Covid right now and are online. In the classroom this created difficulty by having to do half kids online and half out. If everyone was online that would make it easier for the main focus to be online work. We understand in the past what online school has done to many kids around the state. But this time we have learned better. Teachers can learn to engage students more on the meets to assure no one will just be sleeping. I think it is necessary to resume online due to not only student safety but students families that may be at high risk that they are coming home too.
