In 2019 Plaza 900 had a stir fry station that was the most popular food choice in the dining hall on campus. This stir fry was made to order and resembled the structure of popular restaurant chain HuHot Mongolian Grill. After students were dismissed from campus during the Covid-19 pandemic, so was the On-Stage Stir Fry. Although the coming fall when students returned, the Stir Fry Station did not.
The Stir Fry Station has been replaced with an Indian Food Installation. This "Build a Bowl" Indian food is clearly less popular than the Stir-Fry it replaced.
This petition aims to bring back the Stir Fry that has been removed regardless of student's obvious interest in this style of healthy food.
