Over the past years, we have noticed the declination of MSUans who fully and willfully participate in physical activity so we hope that by carrying out this movement we are able to:
• empower them with the will to stay fit;
• encourage them to actively and willingly participate in physical activities;
• educate them on the important role physical activity plays regarding a healthy body;
• ensure that even after finishing school, everyone will have the willingness and desire to stay fit and healthy through exercise and proper diet.
