Campus Ban of ANTIFA Demonstrations Against GTPD

Dear Students, Faculty, and Staff:
It has come to my attention the Alt-Left and Aggressive ANTIFA Movement have planned to instigate another campus demonstration today, September 22, 2017: The Flag Building, 3-6 pm.
Please continue reading to understand my petition to each of you to support a ban against ANTIFA and other promoters of violent and aggressive demonstrations on campus, that will further disrupt this school's emotional and physical healing process in the wake of one of our student's passing.
Our right honorable institution, being under the University System of Georgia, is fair game as a place of public demonstration and free speech. But under existing circumstances, the presence and actions of a specific group, ANTIFA, have been and exhibited the intent to continue disturbing the modus operandi of Georgia Tech's affiliates by holding demonstrations, to my knowledge, not requested by or in favor of the overwhelming majority of our student, faculty, and staff body.
A good campus culture, logically, should place the safety of their campus members in their sanctioned activities of learning, research, and personal development through extra-curricular activities first, above those that wish to needlessly disrupt it; regardless of their motivation.
I believe it is in the best interests of Georgia Institute of Technology's leaders to implement a ban against aforementioned aggressors to our campus culture as defined above. These violent demonstrations do more to dishonor the memory of a beloved Tech student, Scout Schultz, of whom we all acutely feel their loss, than re-affirm the need to bolster our mental health services on campus.
GTPD keeps our campus safe, and without many of them serving over-time to keep this past Monday evenings demonstrations contained, assuredly greater threat to students lawfully on campus would have been caused due to demonstrators' needless aggression.
