As all of the students of Blue Valley who are in the spanish class community, we all have faced a big issue. And that issue is the fact that our language teachers do not care for our wellbeing, don’t teach the subject, and are overall horrible teachers. And the main teacher that comes to mind from a student is Mr. Matson. He is unwilling to help students in their times of need, does not care about the students, and DOES NOT TEACH AT ALL. So we have started this petition to get him fired and get a better education for ourselves. I mean, our districts main focus is “education beyond expectations,” we should atleast be able to get a decent teacher when it comes to language subjects. While yes, I would say that getting Mr. M is a bit harsh, but it has come to a last resort. Over many years there has not been any action over many complaints about this man. The district simply does not do anything whether it comes to making changes in how he teaches or making it a better learning environment. We have had enough of our voice not being heard.
