Our concern is that students are not provided with mental health education in schools, which leads to a plethora of issues pertaining to mental wellness.

Without the knowledge of recognizing certain mental health symptoms, students easily lose their focus in school. The consequences of this is shown in the high drop out rates within high schools, especially among students suffering with mental health issues.

Our goal is to create an educational policy that will require schools to implement a mental health curriculum. This will provide students with information, resources and a greater understanding of their own mental wellness and that of others.
