Mental Health Education during the Covid 19 pandemic.

A pandemic is not just a medical phenomenon; it affects individuals and society and causes disruption, anxiety, stress, stigma, and xenophobia. The behavior of an individual as a unit of society or a community has marked effects on the dynamics of a pandemic that involves the level of severity, degree of flow, and aftereffects.
As with many schools and universities has been closed since March 13, 2020, and it is uncertain when classes will resume. Adolescence is a crucial period for social development. Social distancing and school closures during the COVID-19 pandemic can worsen existing Mental Health problems especially to the students.
Because of this New Normal, a lot of students use technology or electronic products in any way or any time and of course most important is the Internet. A lot of schools started to use online learning and distance learning.
Facing the New Normal is not easy, Student are so busy doing all activities, projects and etc., Students are focusing too much time on computers, laptop, cellphones, and other devices that is primarily use for class. Students don't have enough time for themselves, Students can't eat relatively well-balanced meals, and no adequate sleep.
It's time to help the students and give them a better mindset, Let's make a difference, let's remind them about mental health and educate them about the importance of mental health, let's support, protect and act in order for them to continue striving despite of the current predicament.
