Our teacher is a very outgoing, supportive, creative, and most of all lenient. That causes the students to take advantage of him which then leads to him getting in trouble and eventually be let go of his position. We the students are very close and comfortable with him and we can tell him almost anything. He tends to every student in his class and even some who aren't in his class. Sadly this is seen as an advantage to other students like, skipping, not doing work, lying to him, and more. The students who look up to him don't want to lose a teacher due to the fact that students see it as an opportunity to do what they please. He is very open with his sexuality to the students, so when they go home and tell their parents it upsets them. We know of parents who want him fired solely for his sexuality and him not being afraid to be comfortable to his students about it. There has multiple groups of students arguing they have learned more in his history classes than another History class yet. He bonds with his students by using interactive in open lessons. We as students will fight as a voice to battle the issues of Mr.Wallace termination, people have mistakes and its what we do to fix them. Help us stand for Mr.Wallace by signing this petition.
