This is a petition to get rid of the new hall pass system at BMHS. There are many reasons why I believe this is necessary. First, it creates a disruption in class. In order to go to the bathroom, you must interrupt your teacher not once, but twice (once to leave, and again to confirm you came back). This makes students feel rude and honestly, a little embarrassed. There is also a timer on the pass, which teachers have been setting to 5 minutes. Meaning, you can now be punished for taking too long to sh*t. It is ridiculous and it is making students feel too uncomfortable to go to the bathroom. This school has bathrooms in every hallway, there is absolutely no reason why we should have to make going pee such a big process. Sign this petition to let teachers teach in peace and students pee in peace!
