A Statewide mask mandate can be orders for people and property directly under the statewide jurisdiction. With no specific state laws that exists about mask mandates, public health laws empower the the executive branch to make rules ¨to prevent the introduction, transmission, or the spread of communicable diseases from foreign countries into the state possession. 

Some people may argue that masks are now, ¨apart of life¨ and it will be with us for a while. But the american people has life, liberty, and freedom to practice what ever you want. For schools, the risk for covid-19 is kids is extremely low, and with vaccinations are skyrocketing, the masks are basically useless. 

People have their to petition against the government, the right for them to preach on what ever they want. I believe that masks have become less and less useful. The cost the government and school districts so much money. It is a useless cost for our state government. I hope that you that you can join me with this change.
