A few years ago, Green Forest administration took away pep rallies from the students. In the years before this it was tradition for the classes to compete for the spirit stick through participating in spirit week and chanting class years at pep rallies. The decision to take away pep rallies has caused a major lack of school spirit in the student body and is depriving students of a true high school experience.
