Ufs needs to pay Landlords directly. Currently most students are struggling financially and because of corrupt students that defrauded owners we are struggling to get accommodation. The deposits is just too big and a lot of students don't have that kind of money.

Accreditation together with direct payments will help secure more control over funds and make sure we have future funding for our siblings when it's their time to build a better future.

Ufs must manage the accredited house with force. That way we will be protected. 

Accreditation = Better maintained properties

Direct payment = Less stress and fighting with landlords.
