ISD is trying to make a good straight-A student (Lainey) transfer schools for no reason besides her not living in the district even though she has a ride to school, no referrals, is an all around good student and it doesn’t cause any disruptions for the school and it also is more work for the district to transfer her rather than letting her stay.
