Shay Archie is not a rapist, nor has he ever been. The situation that Riverheads High School is facing right now includes the following: FALSE ACCUSATIONS, teenage girls who feel as if they have the right to DESTROY someone’s entire life. Riverheads High School needs to face the facts, nobody got raped. Shay does not deserve to be locked up, nor deserve to be expelled. The girls making the false accusations on the other hand, they deserve punishment, maybe even the punishment that everyone is saying Shay deserves. The night of the festival is when the supposed “rape” happened. But let me ask you this, how would one be capable of rape when there was at least a hundred people at the festival?
