On March 14, 2018 at 10:00 am the "Women's March Organization," is calling for students, faculty parents, and others to walk out of schools for 17 minutes - one minute for each victim that lost their lives during the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting in Parkland, Florida.

The objective of this protest is to showcase the importance of Gun Control Laws while staying politically neutral. The idea is to show lawmakers that man people are suffering because of the current state of gun violence in the US. Other previous mass shootings like; Las Vegas, Sandy Hook, Sutherland springs, Texas.

Students and staff have the right to teach and learn in an environment free from the worry of being gunned down in their classrooms or on their way home from school. Parents have the right to send their children to school in then morning and see them home alive at the end of the day.

Unfortunately, we are not safe in school anymore. We are not safe in our towns are cities, but we can do something about this. Our Government needs to take a good look at what is happening now a days and take action.
