This petition is not against the accusations towards Kyle Martin, but simply the acknowledgement that he like every human being is innocent until proven guilty. The reality of our world is that speaking out will help others real justice will only come from formal complaints to school and police. The vast majority of students believe the story and while there's nothing agianst it there needs to be more done if the accusations are true.
