The internet at the CIA is unreliable and not fast enough to support efficient work for students. The internet is more likely to cut out than not when it is needed. Given the massive amounts of tuition the CIA receives every semester they should be more than able to afford an upgrade in bandwidth and reliability. Given that the CIA’s public statement is that “knowledge is money”, it is only natural for some of the money provided to them by eager students, to be put towards increasing their access to knowledge.
