School is known as our second                          home.Education is really important. As a students it is one of the biggest gift that parents gives on us. Importance of education tells us the value of education in our life. Education means a lot in everyone's life as it facilitates our learning,knowledge and skill. It completely changes our mind and personality and helps us to attain the postive attitudes.

Absenteeism is the practice of regularly staying away from work or school without good reason, without providing a genuine or any reason for not attending classes. It is a truant behavior that negatively affects the performance among students.Absenteeism is caused by many factors such as lack of interest ,diseases,pamperness and more. Absenteeism increases the chances of a student eventually dropping out of school,which can lead to long term consequences such as lower average incomes and can affect their academic performance.

To prevent or reduce chronic  absences . Create a more positive school culture in which school is a place where students are excited to be ,feel happy and safe. Communicate attendance expectations in which it must be sure to explain the importance of attendance.And celebrate successes throughout the year ,create rituals and ceremonies to celebrate individual,class,and school-wide successes to keep the momentum going.
