Students of Informatics College of Cebu want to save money but the expensive cost of mineral water makes it difficult for them to save money and bringing their own tumblers is also quiet a hassle for them. Our group observed that students who get their water from vending machine would just throw their plastic cellophane anywhere. Students who are used to getting their water from vending machines need to go outside the school campus and walk under the heat ray of sun. And putting up water dispenser in every classroom in school is the best solution.
