My niece Chimene is brilliant student in Togo. She is 28 years old and is an orphan. Chimene's dream is to study abroad in order for her to obtain a master degree in any major of her choice. I want to plead with people to help send this message to the Department of Homeland Security and the International Student & Scholar Service at the University of Connecticut so that my niece can obtain a student visa to come and study in the USA.
