Been attending York College starting Spring 2021. I have had issues every semester, which is understandable especially during the COVID-19 pandemic and transition. What becomes unacceptable is the lack of response and assistance when seeking assistance of school admins and professors. 
I have been emailing and calling the Office of the President starting April 14,2022 …the response I received (May 9, 2022 -11:00pm) was to not contact the office anymore regarding my concerns and my request to speak with President B. Eanes. after a bias decision made by the “fact finder” which is the Department of chair of that specific department -whom never contacted me for details before final decision. 
If there’s a problem there should be a solution correct? I’ve created this to get some sort of meeting following every Spring and Fall semester with the President of York and Vice President and each department of chair to sit with students and hear out some issues and concerns…but to actually put effort to address by relaying these concerns to the faculty staff/professors for improvement. We pay too much tuition every semester to not be heard or important!
