As many of us know Kayce Colburn snuck onto the high dive board and bellyflopped into the pool. We as students understand that from the faculty’s and others perspective what Kayce did was in no way shape or form right and we do not condone these actions. Although he does not deserve to miss his very last ever homecoming game and dance. As a senior this is the last dance and homecoming he has with his friends, his family, the people he grew up with. We collectively understand and accept punishment, but barring from the football game and dance is surely too severe. We here at Grand Haven Highschool are a team and need to push through mistakes like this together, so collectively we ask you Mrs. Wilson please let Kayce go to homecoming, please let him spend this last time with his peers.
