Due to Coronavirus, University Of The Arts London will be starting term on October 19th. Many students will be moving to London within September time (rented or halls). Student Finance England have made the decision to now change the first student loan to October 19th to fit in with term times. 

This decision will leave thousands of students in financial hardship, not being able to afford bills, rent and food. 

It is appalling to change the date of a loan without warning/ permission, and as students we should stand up and make change. In addition how late this has been announced. 

Student Finance England have also been extremely insensitive in terms of Coronavirus. People left with deducted income and struggling to find income and employment during this trying time.
