Implement 2 gender neutral bathrooms. This can easily be done by taking one of the male and female bathrooms each and changing the sign and implementing urinals into the previously female bathrooms. On top of this, we would like to include menstrual products in all bathrooms around college, but start with these two to see how this idea fares. We would like to repaint the bathrooms main colours to be a mix of white and teal, to keep in with college colours.

For placements, we would like to implement one of the bathrooms in a busy area for example next to the refectory to make the bathrooms feel inclusive and not as an afterthought, and one of the bathrooms in a more secluded area such as one of the A3 bathrooms, where less people roam around, as this will help with subtlety and anonymity in case people aren't out yet, or don't feel comfortable in big crowds of people when entering the bathrooms. For many of us, these bathrooms would be a safe space, so we want to ensure total respect and no questions asked to people coming in and out of either of the two.

Right now, the 'gender neutral' bathrooms are the disabled bathrooms. Implementing two large bathrooms give more accessibility to people who need these the most at any given opportunity, for example with wheelchairs. On top of this, given gender-nonconforming people the opportunity to use their own bathrooms would make us feel less like our gender is a disability, and more like a valid person, capable of using their own bathrooms.
