With the outbreak of Corona virus, and the fact that there is no known cure to solve the health pandemic ,it should be deemed necessary for students to not be in class. Other colleges and institutions have already made the change to cancel classes for the week or for the rest of the semester. Our health is our #1 priority. We need to ensure that students are safe especially since Syracuse University is a University that brings in students from everywhere across the world. Lets adress the issue first and when there is a known cure or a way to prevent the virus, classes can resume.
