The Regency Oaks Board Members and Appointees have sold you out in SECRET agreements which allows a predatory law firm to use you and your predominately minority community as their private piggy bank.
Regency Oaks HOA has agreed to pay Debt Collector Lueder Larkin and Hunter, LLC over 9 years worth of HOA assessments for every member in the subdivision.

Multiple Regency Oaks home owners have all ready paid over 5X - 9X the yearly assessments to Leuder Larkin and Hunter by way of the Regency Oaks HOA. With your help we are going to stop this abuse of our majority black and brown community.

Regency Oaks is only one lawsuit away from bankruptcy, and their are several pending, but it's not to late to turn things around. 
Once we remove the HOAs ability to sue, fine, and send half of our hard earned dues out of the community, we believe that there won't be anymore power hungry people seeking to lead our HOA, and instead our leaders will be community service oriented individuals, individuals who are truly interested in the best interest of their community. 

We need leaders who will make sure EVERY dollar they get from us goes to our community, and if they can't show us where every dollar has gone transparently. Then we withhold our dollar!

Your neighbor should NOT have the right to steal your home from you because they don't like you. You pay taxes to qualified individuals for code enforcement, let them do their job. The current HOA board has tried to sell you on how important it is for the common areas and amenities to be maintained, but instead of investing your money into these common areas they give your money to wealthy attorneys in Alpharetta in backdoor deals . If the community decides not to fund the common amenities voluntarily. Then those common areas need to be sold to someone willing and financially capable of maintaining them.   

The former Regency Oaks President, Monique McCoy and the current Regency Oaks Board has attempted trick you into converting the HOA into a Property Owner's Association managed by a law firm in order to make it VERY EASY for them to strip you of your property and to take ownership of your property even if your property has been paid for in full! When Monique McCoy's campaign failed she high tailed it out of the community (May 2022), but before she left she and the current board made sure to sue as many of Regency Oak's members as they could in a failed attempt to take the homes of their "personal enemies" and to make the wealthy Lueder Larkin and Hunter law firm even more wealthy at your expense.
The Goal for this petition is 153 signatures. As this is the amount of votes needed to remove the Regency Oaks Boards power fine you, sue you, and to make your HOAs assessments voluntary. This way we ensure that your board will serve you, instead of you being their slave.
