Yesterday, an incident took place where an unknown driver hit a minor pedestrian girl, resulted in dealth of the child. The driver dragged the girl's body and didn't bother to stop the car and instead runaway from the scene.

We residents of BTK request through this petition to Chairman BTK Malik Riaz to formally investigate the matter and use his resources to find the driver and bring him to justice.  Its not a single incident but a third incident in a row where many people drive fast on wrong lanes without considering their own lanes, use frequently cell phones while driving and don't follow signals. The result is horrible and if it won't be controlled or taken precautionary measures, fear of further lives is quite obvious.
