Fuel prices are outrageous. Most ATV’s are no different than most motorcycles. Scooters are slow and cause backups on roadways while most ATV’s are faster and can achieve most non highway speed limits. Sport bikes or “crotch rockets” go in excess of over 100+ mph out of the factory and are street legal with no changes. With a little work such as lights, turn signals, horn and speedometer, an ATV would be a great alternative for in town and non Highway use for getting to work or running errands. Everything is so high priced no one can barely afford to go buy new products and a lot of people would feel safer on an ATV than a motorcycle.
