Why this petition matters

- Due to a lack of learning because of tiredness please help by signing this petition to change the time of school starting at SMS to 9:00 AM instead of 8:00 AM. Some of the reasons why this should be changed is because of the homework we are given and some students spend a lot of time doing it into the night which will start to, and already is for some students affecting grades for early classes. Other reasons include: Extra curricular activities after school which get students frustrated and then having to do homework even later which as well as it can make it hard to sleep and having anxiety you will once again have less sleep leading to grades that are not as good. This is absolutely not a good look for anybody. Please sign if you are a student that attends Strayer Middle School.
