This petition is to stop the town from developing the back road behind the court house up to Scotia Bank. This area is now home to a beauitful family park that is enjoyed by many without worry of traffic. Recently the former town garage has been removed from the area. Which as opened up many  possibilities for future downtown core green space development. We the people believe the council would benfit more by moving the Scotts cove park bandstand and kiosk to the back road area. This would have many saftey benfits for parking and less traffic congestion.
