Youtube LLC has handed over the copyrights of my podcast Infinite Plane Radio, and my voice, to another Youtuber

This Youtuber's impersonation and copyright theft of my content started in 2018. He bragged about it in an email and I have a copy of what he wrote to Youtube LLC's legal department. Here is a relevant excerpt:

"<eas.myoplex@gmail.com> Date: Tue, Oct 30, 2018 at 9:35 PM Subject: Re: Trademark Complaint Received To: <trademark+2xkm5cgkzepu50c@support.youtube.com>, <info@infiniteplanesociety.org>, <info@timozman.com> Dear YouTube, I am the legal owner of the name ‘TIMOZMAN’ and ‘INFINITE PLANE SOCIETY’ They are just two of MY brand names. That is ME in the video speaking….”

I filed a criminal complaint based on these facts:  

1. a Youtuber used electronic fraud to steal my business name and convince Youtube, LLC he was the owner of my podcast, my voice, and my content.
2. Using my stolen identity, likeness, and voice, he falsely represented my work as his and he enlisted the help of Youtube's Legal Dept to falsely and illegally obtain my copyrights and trademarks. From 2018 to the present, he has represented himself as me on Youtube.com and holds my copyrights in their view.
3. Infinite Plane Radio has been terminated by Youtube more than 140 times since 2018 over their rejection of my valid DMCA Copyright Takedown Notices and false copyright strikes used by a bad actor to suppress my channel.

Youtube LLC needs to give me back rights over my content. I have documented evidence of my stalker emailing Youtube and effectively stealing my voice.
