Some people with disability's cannot read then for example people who are dyslexic and people who use immerse readers or devices that read things for them. When that read device says what the person has made it say it comes out in numbers and symbols therefore the person cannot understand what the words really say. 

And people have different types of phones some CANNOT read fonts the come up as squares with a cross I the middle of it making it hard to understand
